All Innis College students have access to the bike cage located in the St George Parking Lot, located under the Innis Residence and Rotman building.
- Register your bike at the Innis Residence Front Desk (you will need your T-Card).
- Each time you need to use the bike cage, visit the Front Desk to sign-out the key, go downstairs, and return the key.
- Make sure to lock your bike to one of the racks in the bike cage!
Bike Routes
Bike lanes are installed on St George Street, Harbord/Hoskin, College Street and Wellesley Street. Additionally, cyclists can often navigate the paths and side-streets on campus and in Queen’s Park.
Ride the City is an online tool to help plan bicycle travel based on OpenStreetMap data.
Bike Repair & Rentals
Bikechain, located in the basement of the International Student Centre at 33 St George Street (just north of College Street). They offer free loaner bikes to UofT students (note: see conditions on their website). Additionally, Bikechain staff are there to help you repair your bike. By leading you through the maintenance process, Bikechain ensures your bike is repaired and you have learned something!
Bike Boxes
Bike boxes have been recently installed at various locations around campus. These special markings allow cyclists to advance to the front of the traffic queue at signalized intersections, preventing accidental collisions.
Learn more about them at the City of Toronto‘s website.
Bixi
