Student Life Programs & Services
Programming
Programming refers to all of the Student Life activities and initiatives. Programming is broken down into two main streams: Life Skills- Skills 4 U and Leadership- Skills 4 Life. Within each stream there are various portfolios.
Programming Dons
A Programming Don is similar to a Residence Don however, they are responsible for coordinating all programming initiatives between the Office of Student Life, the ICSS and the IRC. A Programming Don is fully trained to assist with any emergency situations that may arise in the building.
Portfolios
Portfolios are specific subject areas of programming. Currently we have nine portfolios: Leadership, Mentorship, Community Outreach, Health & Wellness, International Students, Food & Nutrition, Spirituality & Diversity, Arts & Culture, and Skills for Success. Each member of the student life team is responsible for a specific portfolio (see Don bios).
